Lebanon's Marada leader MP Suleiman Franjieh, a potential presidential candidate, received a telephone call on Friday from French President Francois Hollande.
During the telephone conversation, they discussed regional and international developments.
Franjieh has emerged as the favorite candidate to fill in the vacant presidency seat following his reported meeting with former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, amid signs of regional and international support for the Marada Movement leader’s presidential bid.
