Libya's parliament speaker Akila Saleh arrived in Cairo Friday, coming from Tobruk, to take part in the 23rd session of the Arab Parliamentary Union meetings, slated for Sunday.
The session is scheduled to discuss boosting Arab cooperation relations, particularly in the parliamentary field.
It will also discuss the union's 2016 action plan, draft budget and committees' reports.
