
Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa paid a visit to Bahrain Bay, which will host the start of the "Challenge Bahrain" international triathlon championship on Saturday.
Shaikh Nasser was reassured that the regulatory actions have been taken by the organising committee to ensure the success this great sporting event.
Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad praised during the visit the technical and regulatory actions taken by the organizing committee in cooperation with various relevant authorities, pointing out that this cooperation in work contributed to the completion of all regulatory measures to organise the event, which will feature the name of Bahrain in a distinguished image in the map to host World Championships.
He pointed out that all the committees continue to hold meetings with the relevant ministries to secure and ensure the functioning of all the three legs of the triathlon in a very distinct image, and to comply with the world championships requirements in this regard, as well as the success of the associated events of the championship.
