Trade and Industry Minister Tareq Qabil held a meeting with French State Minister for Foreign Trade Matthias Fekl on the sidelines of the Tenth Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi.
The meeting took up ways to promote cooperation between the two countries in the field of small and medium sized enterprises and benefiting from the expertise of French companies working in the African market to establish logistic centers, according to a statement issued by the Trade and Industry Ministry.
The minister also stressed that French companies should exploit investment opportunities available in the Egyptian market, especially after the success of the Egypt Economic Development Conference held in March, the statement said.
