Qaboos leaves, happy with visit

Sultan Qaboos Bin Said of Oman left UAE on Monday after concluding a three-day visit. President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan saw Sultan Qaboos and his accompanying delegation off. At the end of his visit Sultan Qaboos expressed thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Khalifa for his warm reception and generous hospitality during his stay in the country. He said in a cable sent to Sheikh Khalifa: “Our meetings had a great importance in promoting and supporting the strong brotherly relations between our two countries to achieve the aspirations of people of both countries.” “I seek Allah’s blessings upon you with sound health and good luck and for the UAE people more progress and prosperity under your wise leadership.’’ The send-off was attended by Sheikhs and top officials.
