Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs HE Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud returned here Thursday evening coming from the People’s Republic of China after participating in the 4th Summit of Heads of State of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (Cica) , which was held in Shanghai on May 20 and 21. HE The Deputy Prime Minister left China earlier Thursday. He was seen off at Shanghai International Airport by HE Qatar’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri and a number of senior officials of the Chinese Foreign Ministry and Shanghai department.
