Qatari FM participates in meetings on militants, Syria

HE Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah chaired Qatar's delegation to the ministerial meeting on terrorism and the mini-ministerial meeting on Syria, which are taking place Tuesday in Paris.
HE Al Attiyah also attended a luncheon banquet that French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius held in the honor of heads of participant delegations. Issues discussed during the banquet included stability, the safe return of refugees and internally displaced, and the protection of cultural heritage.
UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova attended the banquet along with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres.
