HE Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmad bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud has arrived in the Capital Brasilia to represent the State of Qatar in the inauguration ceremony for President of Brazil Dilma Rousseff to be held on Thursday.
HE the Deputy Premier and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Brasilia International Airport by Undersecretary of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry Gen. Paulo Cordeiro, Commander of Brasilia Airbase Col. Avelar Konrad Hegermann and HE Qatar's Ambassador to Brazil Mohammad Ahmad Al Hayki.
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs left Doha on Tuesday morning to attend the occasion.
