Saudi crown prince arrives in Qatar

In an arrival statement, the Crown Prince said,
"I am pleased to come to the sisterly State of Qatar to participate in the thirty-fifth session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Arab States with the leaders of this blessed Council and convey to them the greetings and best wishes of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; and I am honored to depute him in this meeting.
I pray to Allah Almighty to crown our efforts and works with all success commensurate with the current critical phase in the history of our distinguished Council and what surround our countries of extremely dangerous conditions and challenges in order to ensure solidarity and unity of the GCC countries for performing their duties to protect the gains and achievements of the peoples of the GCC states, our homelands and the interests of our peoples.
I express my thanks and appreciation to the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the people of Qatar for the warm welcome and care accorded to us. "
