Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah returned home on Friday after heading Kuwait's delegation to the 45th ordinary session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, held in Cairo. Sheikh Salman's delegation to the event included Tareq Al-Merzam, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information for External Media, and Arab Media Forum (AMF) Secretary-General Madhi Al-Khamis.
