Sisi performs Eid prayers at Sayeda Safiya Mosque

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi performed Eidul Adha (Greater Bairam) prayers at Sayeda Safiya Mosque in Heliopolis early on Saturday.
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi and Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim were praying at the same mosque.
Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Dr. Ahmed el-Tayyeb and Cairo Governor Galal Moustafa Saed also performed the Eid prayers with Sisi.
Former Awqaf Minister el-Ahmedi Abul-Nour delivered the Eid sermon.
Islam has identified the rights of people better than any legislation or law, Abul-Nour said.
He urged the Egyptians to carry out their duties before they demand raises.
President Sisi exchanged greetings with worshippers after the prayers.
