Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim el Ghandour headed for Kuwait from Cairo airport Saturday after arriving from Switzerland, in a tour that will be capped in Ethiopia.
During his visit to Switzerland, Ghandour took part in a high-level conference in Geneva on Syrian refugees.
