
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Representative and Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club, has been named "Man of the Arab Heritage" for 2015 by the Arab Centre for Tourism Media (ACTM) in recognition of his efforts to preserve Arab history and heritage.
This was announced during the award ceremony held yesterday in Muscat under the patronage of Omani Tourism Minister Ahmed bin Nasser al Mehrizi and in presence of ministers, senior officials and ACTM members.
Emirati businessman Khalaf al Habtoor won the "Best Arab Tourism Investor" award, while Mohammed Kara, from Al Ittihad newspaper, was selected as the "Best Arab Tourism Journalist".
