Trade minister confers with French official on boosting cooperation

Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil met Tuesday with French Minister of State for Foreign Trade Matthias Fekl to discuss cooperation to diversify Egyptian exports to France.
They also talked about facilitating measures for small and medium-sized Egyptian companies to participate in French exhibitions, a statement by the Trade and Industry Ministry said.
The meeting also focused on ways to encourage French firms to benefit from Egypt's strategic location, the statement added.
