Transportation min. inspects Tanta train station

Transportation Minister Galal Said inspected on Sunday Tanta train station of Gharbiya governorate.
During the tour, the minister inspected development works at the station.
He was accompanied by Gharbiya Governor Deif Sakr, Head of Gharbiya Security Directorate Hossam Khalifa and a number of officials and members of parliament.
Tanta train station is considered one of the most ancient stations in Egypt. The station includes eight platforms, a number of tunnels linking these platforms and a significant clock.
