UAE envoy to Armenia wins Best Ambassador Award

Ambassador of the UAE to Armenia, Dr. Jasim Mohammed Al Qasimi, has won Armenia's Best Ambassador Award 2015.
He was presented with the award and a certificate of appreciation during a ceremony in the presence of officials from the Armenian ministry of foreign affairs, senior government officials and members of the parliament.
The Armenian ministry of foreign affairs noted that the UAE embassy in Yerevan was opened less than a year ago but was able to establish unique relations with different segments of society in Armenia.
The results of an electronic vote decide the best ambassador in terms of communication with Armenian society, best customer services and solutions, promoting relations with Armenia and providing the best services for their nationals.
Armenian officials and members of the public participated in the vote staged by a specialised agency.
The French ambassador came in second place this year, and the Lithuanian ambassador followed in third place.
