UAQ Ruler pardons prisoners on #UAENationalDay45

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has ordered the release of a number of prisoners, on the occasion of the UAE's 45th National Day.
The generous order of H.H. the Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain reflects his interest in giving inmates a new opportunity to start a new life and alleviating the suffering of their families.
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid expressed the hope that pardoned inmates would make a new start in society.
