UN assistant chief arrives in Cairo

UN Assistant Secretary General Sima Sami Bahous arrived here late on Wednesday on a day-long visit to Egypt for talks on means of achieving the goals of 2030 sustainable development in the Arab region.
Bahous, who is also the director of the UNDP Regional Bureau for Arab States, will meet with senior Egyptian officials before leaving to Amman, diplomatic sources said.
