UN Libya envoy arrives in Egypt
UN envoy Martin kobler

UN Envoy for Libya Martin Kobler arrived here on Saturday for talks with Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on the latest developments in Libya.
Kobler assumed the post as special envoy to war-torn Libya earlier this month, succeeding Bernardino Leon.
He is expected to revive peace talks between rival factions and the internationally recognized government of Libya.
Kobler had also served as UN special envoy to Iraq and deputy UN representative in Afghanistan.
