US Embassy: US congressional delegation visits Cairo, to meet Sisi

A US congressional delegation led by Chairman of the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia and Emerging Threats Dana Rohrabacher is currently on a visit to Cairo, according to the US Embassy in Cairo.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Embassy said the US delegation will meet with President Abdel Fattah EL Sisi, senior government officials and the private sector for talks on long-term partnership between the two countries, efforts exerted to combat terrorism as well as joint interests with the aim of achieving stability and security in the region.
The visit, that will run till Monday, includes congressmen representing California, North Carlina, West Virginia and Iowa.
