US official to meet Saudi business leaders

US Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs Charles H. Rivkin will visit Saudi Arabia from Tuesday to Friday to meet with Saudi government officials, US and Saudi business leaders and local entrepreneurs, the US embassy announced.
In Riyadh, he will visit a General Electric (GE) center, which is one of the winners of the 2016 US Secretary of State’s Award for Corporate Excellence. 
The GE facility, Saudi Arabia’s first all-women business services center, currently has more than 1,000 employees and exemplifies GE’s inclusive hiring practices within the country, according to an embassy statement.
In Jeddah, the assistant secretary will meet with representatives of the business community, including female entrepreneurs, the statement added.
