Youth, sports ministry issues new regulations for foreign coaches

The Youth and Sports Ministry issued on Sunday new regulations governing the work of foreign coaches in Egypt.
Under the new regulations, any Egyptian sporting union seeking to sign or renew contracts with foreign coaches should obtain a written and explicit consent from the Youth and Sports Ministry.
As of November, foreign coaches working in Egypt will receive their payments in the Egyptian pound to reduce the demand on foreign exchange, the ministry said in a statement.
