3 bird flu cases confirmed in Aswan

Three bird flu infections have been reported in Aswan province, Director General of Veterinary Medicine in Aswan Gamal Osman said on Saturday.
He added the three cases were found with local poultry vendors.
Egyptian health authorities have killed the infected birds to prevent the possible spread of the bird flu, which has already infected two people in Minya province last week.
