A good physique without fat burners or steroids'...is what actor Aamir Ali is proud of, but whose weakness includes the inability to resist sweets. My exercise regime Working out has been my passion since I was in college. I always wanted to look fit and so was regular with workouts and playing sports. I try to gym for three to four days a week and play badminton twice a week. I get bored of doing cardio, so badminton is ideal for me. My problem areas My problem area is my fetish for sweets. I am very fond of sweets and eating good food, and that's my only problem area. If I overcome that, my life and body will be sorted. Luckily, I have a high metabolism but at the same time I know I shouldn't be taking it for granted. My strengths I am a fitness freak. I started working out after I saw Rambo and continued my workouts after I saw Salman Khan. I am proud of having built a good physique without fat burners or steroids. I believe somewhere down the line it will have harmful effects on the body. My diet I eat whatever I please. My mother cooks the best food in the world and I just can't resist it, so what I have started doing is cutting down on the quantity. I have small meals. Sweets are something that I can't resist and decide to have it once in a blue moon. Unfortunately though, I end up eating them every second day!
