Arab League, Somalia to hold donor conference to support health sector

The Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby agreed with the Somali Health Minister Hawa Hassan, during their meeting on Thursday, to promote cooperation between her ministry and the AL General Secretariat.
They also discussed holding the Arab donor conference to support the Somali health sector as well as sending Arab doctors to Mogadishu.
The get-together took up also the Somali health services and the need of ambulance vehicles in the African country, according to a statement issued by the AL.
