
The Health and Medical Services sector Committee, Insurance and Banks sector Committee, and Promotion, Exhibition and Conferences sector Committee at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) have held a meeting with Head of the Department of Family and Community Medicine in the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) and Chairman of the Supreme Organising Committee of the "Bahrain Health Insurance Forum and Exhibition" Prof. Faisal Abdullatif Al-Nasser
The meeting was held at Bait Al Tijjar and focused on the Bahrain Health Insurance Forum an Exhibition, due to be held on December 28-31.
Chairman of the Insurance and Banks sector Committee Adel Al Aali highlighted the importance of the event in educating the citizens about the National Health Insurance Programme, approved by the Cabinet.
BCCI’s recommendations which will be discussed in the forum were spotlighted.
The participating committees expressed keenness on cooperating with the organising body of the Forum in order to spread awareness about the National Health Insurance Programme.
Prof. Faisal Al Nasser paid tribute to BCCI and its committees for their endeavours to promote the economy of Bahrain.
