
Chairman of the Supreme Health Council and his accompanying delegation met today with Estonian Minister of Health and Labour Urmas Kruuse as part of their visits to Estonia and Turkey to get updated on both countries' experience in applying the health insurance system.
The Estonian minister hailed cooperation between both countries mainly in the health field, underlining his country's readiness to provide every support for Bahrain to benefit from its experience in applying the health insurance system. He also gave a detailed account on the system which was inaugurated in 1991.
The Supreme Health Council Chairman thanked the Estonian Minister of Health and Labour for the warm welcome, lauding cooperation of relevant health parties in Estonia for their cooperation.
