Capital Club, Bahrain’s premier private City Club, hosted a comprehensive seminar on the ‘Neuroscience of Leadership’. Tom Flatau, from Teamworking International, presented the event that was attended by over 50 Club Members.
The seminar uncovered the latest groundbreaking research into positive psychology and neuroscience and the link with leadership, both on an individual level as well as team performances.
"The Club’s aim is to continuously develop learning opportunities and motivational seminars for its Members. We firmly believe that tackling challenges faced by many companies operating in today’s world is an uppermost concern for both our Members and many companies. We will continue to develop and host events that focus on promoting leadership and business excellence," said the Club’s GM Dina Haikel.
"We are also eager to invite regional and international speakers and innovative thinkers to the Club in order to create a shared platform for exchange of valuable experiences," added Ms. Haikel.
The seminar also highlighted the importance of creating a leadership mindset, in addition to the benefits of a happy workforce that builds skills through purposeful practice whilst redefining failure.
