Dubai Ladies Club is celebrating Women's Day by hosting a Wellness Day Saturday from 9am until sunset. Entry is free and open to ladies only. It will feature indoor and outdoor fitness classes, healthy snacks and refreshments, complimentary health screenings, including diabetes, blood pressure, oral health, cholesterol, spinal and osteoporosis screenings, and will provide referrals for mammograms and pap smears. Also, there's a Kids Wellness Zone with ten booths offering free comprehensive health risk services and products targeted at the wellbeing of children. Healthy recipes and organic meals at a live cooking demonstration are provided by Samsung Home Appliances, which will also be promoting healthy living by providing healthy meals to visitors during an all-day live cooking demonstration.
