
Death toll of the Ebola virus in Sierra Leone has risen to four, said Abbas Kamara, the public relations director of the Ministry of Health, on Friday.
In addition, fourteen more cases of the ebola virus have just been confirmed in the country, Kamara told Xinhua in a telephone interview.
The director said the city of Kenema reported one death and the same for Kailahun while the other two are among the cases that went at large from Kailahun district in the east of the country on Tuesday.
In a situation report released on Thursday, the Health Ministry had reported two deaths, with seven confirmed cases, three probable and 26 suspected cases.
