Egypt, Nigeria sign protocol of cooperation in health field

Egyptian Health Minister Adel Adawi and his counterpart of Nigeria's Katsina State signed Sunday a protocol of cooperation in the fields of health and medicine.
The protocol aims to open the Nigerian market to Egyptian medical products and provide Egyptian human cadres to work at the Nigerian state's hospital.
Some 36 Egyptian doctors will head for Katsina to operate the hospital there.
The protocol also includes training Nigerian doctors in Egypt as well as bringing Nigerian patients to receive treatment at Egyptian Health Ministry hospitals.
