Egypt, Vietnam discuss health cooperation

Egypt's Health and Population Minister Mohamed Moustafa Hamed met Monday with a delegation from the Vietnamese health ministry, where they discussed cooperation in te health sector. The two sides signed a preliminary memo of understanding on exchanging expertise and scientific research results in the fields of population, family planning, training, and scientific delegations, along with partaking in population conferences in the two countries. They also agreed on holding specialized workshops to revitalize cooperation in such fields. Egypt's National Population Council will coordinate cooperation with its Vietnamese counterpart to sign a protocol of cooperation between the two countries.
