
The Executive Office of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Health Ministers Council convened here to prepare for the 78th conference of the ministerial council, slated for Wednesday.
Addressing the meeting, Director General of the Executive Office Dr. Tawfiq bin Ahmed Khojah applauded the efforts exerted by the council to develop the health sector in GCC states.
He also spoke highly of the achievements of the Office in its last session which was presided over by Kuwaiti Minister of Health Ali Al-Obaidi.
The conferees tackled a wide array of key and technical issues relative to the development of healthcare cooperation among member states.
