Qatar and Kyrgyzstan counterpart sign MoU

Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) has signed here a bilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its Kyrgyzstan counterpart.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Saleh bin Ali Al-Muhanadi, QRC Secretary General and the Director General of the National Red Crescent Society of Kyrgyzstan Rustam Aleyev.
Deputy Chairperson of Kyrgyz Parliament and HE Qatar Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Mohammed Arar Al Nuaimi attended the signing ceremony.
