The Saudi Health Ministry on Sunday announced the continuing decline of recorded cases of infection with Corona for the 5th consecutive week, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
In its weekly statement, the ministry said that only two cases were recorded over the past week in Hofuf and Riyadh, compared to 102 cases reported for the same period of last year, a decrease of 98% from last year.
"Despite the remarkable decline in the number of cases, we will keep preparations as they are, and that efforts must continue with the cooperation of all parties, especially the society's cooperation and health workers who are the main pillars in countering this disease," the statement said.
