2 kidnapped in northern Lebanese town

Two men have been kidnapped in the Sunni-dominated northern Lebanese town of Wadi Khaled. Locals said the abduction was carried out by Shiite insurgents from the village of al-Labwa in Bekaa. In response, residents of Wadi Khaled kidnapped a Shiite man from al-Labwa, and offered a hostage swap to the insurgents.
