3 armed men killed in Sinai after clashes

A number of militants were killed in Sinai after clashing with army officials at a checkpoint in al-Goura, south of Sheikh Zuweid - a Bedouin town in North Sinai Governorate of Egypt, near the border with Gaza Strip. Eyewitnesses and security sources reported that the army responded to the attack, setting fire to one of the armed men's vehicles. At least three militants were killed in the car, sources added.
