Nine persons including five civilians were killed while 81 others were injured in the last 24 hours in Aden in several mine blasts that were planted by Houthis and pro-Ali Abdullah Saleh militias, Mandab News website quoted medical sources as saying.
The sources added that a number of the injured people are in critical condition.
Earlier, popular resistance and the army regained control over Aden and expelled the Houthis out of the city on July 17.
Meanwhile, the fighting continues in Yemen between the Houthis and troops loyal to Saleh on the one hand and southern and tribal militias and loyalists to President Hadi, who is now in Saudi Arabia.
