
Algerian security forces arrested, Wednesday, national leader of the Ahmadiyya Sect, together with 11 others, in Chlef province, western Algeria.
According to security source in Chelf, the operation came after the Algerian forces received information that there are people who possessing of documents, leaflets and CDs inciting for joining to their sect, in Chelf province.
The detainees hail from different provinces of Algeria, 10 of them between the ages of 22 and 68 years old.
The detainees accused of establishing illegal organization, publishing and distributing for the purpose of publicity for the publication of foreign source would harm the supreme interest of Algeria.
