
The Algerian ambassador to Tehran, Abdel Moneim Ahriz, denied rumor about the death of Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, after publishing it in a large scale, in foreign media sites and social networking, while the Algerian Presidency, the Foreign Ministry and the government did not respond to this rumor.
The Algerian diplomat called the media to avoid publishing false news about the health of the President of his country.
According to Iranian media, the Algerian ambassador was asked about the current status of Abdelaziz Bouteflika, and he replied that the prisdent is fine.
The Algerian government did not care about this news, while political parties have been busy for arranging for the parliamentary elections, scheduled to be held in May.
