Arab Ministerial delegation visits Gaza

Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Ahmed Karti says his visit to Gaza with the Arab Ministerial Committee is a sign of solidarity with the Palestinians. A delegation of Arab officials arrived in the Strip in Wednesday, amid Egyptian efforts to try to secure a truce between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Karti called for an end to the aggression against the Palestinians, calling on Arab leaders to reconsider their relationship with Israel. The visit was planned at an emergency Arab League meeting in Cairo last Saturday.
