Call to restore Sudanese relations

Sudanese political parties and organizations have called for more internal and external efforts to be made to restore the balance of Sudanese relations over the next phase, which will involve taking steps to sign the Darfur Peace document to officially recognize the Southern State of Sudan. Mr. Abboud Jabir, head of the Council, has confirmed its support for peaceful solutions to the county's issues, and the building of strong foundations for international peace and security, especially with neighbouring countries.
