
Eighteen people were taken to hospital after a coach carrying supporters of football team Rangers overturned in East Ayrshire in south central Scotland on Saturday, police said.
Three were seriously hurt after the crash happened at about 1:15 p.m. local time (1215 GMT) near Kilmarnock, reported the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), quoting the police.
There were 36 people, and the driver, on board the coach at the time of the accident, according to the police.
The road was then closed in both directions and investigators are examining the scene of the crash, BBC reported.
Rangers were playing Partick Thistle in the Scottish premiership at Ibrox stadium, the home of Rangers Football Club.
