Haniyeh welcomes Erdogan in Gaza

The Palestinian Prime Minister in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh welcomed the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the Gaza Strip on Sunday. He said in the statement: “This visit is considered as an exclusive event, having its positive effects not just on the Gaza inhabitants, but also for all Palestinians". Haniyeh expressed his value to the Turkish efforts and calls for lifting Israeli siege from Gaza years ago. Turkish Prime Minister said that he was planning to visit Gaza accompanied by President Abbas if the circumstances and conditions were appropriate for that.
