
The US-led international coalition continued to attack Daesh positions in Syria and Iraq, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials said in a statement.
Fighter and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 15 airstrikes near Hasakah, Raqqah and Kobani areas.
They destroyed eight Daesh tactical units, two vehicles, five fighting positions, two bunkers, an excavator and three check points.
Attack, fighter-attack, bomber and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 15 airstrikes in Iraq, approved by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.
The air raids took targeted Daesh positions near Beiji, Fallujah, Habbaniyah, Haditha, Makhmur, Mosul, Ramadi and Tel Aafar.
They destroyed Daesh vehicles, two bridges, rocket tails, large tactical unit, sniper and mortar positions, heavy machine guns and a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device.
The strikes were conducted as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the operation to eliminate Daesh terrorist group and the threat they pose to Iraq, Syria and the wider international community.
Coalition nations conducting airstrikes in Iraq include the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Jordan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
