Iraqi preacher launches anti-Maliki tirade

The preacher delivering the Friday sermon at the Iraqi Ramadi city square, where anti-government protests continue, has slammed Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, describing him as a "despicable little tyrant." Speaking to tens of thousands of protesters gathered in the square, the preacher demanded al-Maliki's resignation and accused him of "forming sectarian militias to kill the people of the Sunnah and defile arenas of protest."
