Italy, Canada vow to continue mission in Libya

Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini on Tuesday met here with Canada's newly appointed Foreign Minister John Baird . The two top diplomats vowed to continue military operation in Libya and further consolidate support for the National Transitional Council (NTC) in Benghazi. They also stressed importance of respecting religious minorities following the democratic transformation in a number of countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
