Lebanon’s army arrest terrorist cell

The Lebanese Army has arrested an alleged terrorist cell in possession of explosives and detonators, a spokesperson announced on Thursday. The detained group is awaiting prosecution. Guidance Directorate of the Lebanese Army confirmed the arrest in a follow-up statement. The arrest was made on May 6. The authorities have interviewed the detainees and aim to rest all its affiliates.
