Representatives of 31 martyrs’ families, who died during the revolution, filed a complaint to the Attorney General, Abdel Meguid Mahmoud, against the Egyptian Interior Minister, Mansoor Al-Issawi, accusing him of distorting the image of their children who were killed during the revolution. The complaint came after Al-Issawi said in a newspaper interview that “whoever died in the Al Tahreer square is a martyr, and who was killed in front of the police station is a thug.” The representatives said that their family members participated in the demonstrations on January 28th, without carry weapons, and did not try to attack the police stations, but some of them were killed in the police station area, or even in their house terrace opposite the police station. And those victims included children and women.
