Military in S Sudan launch sweeping operations

The Sudanese military has made sweeping operations and raids in the village of Dldko, 30 km east of Kaduqli, capital of south Kordofan. The military launched operations against the movement sites, confirming that the Sudanese military is able to achieve peace by force through its military power. “Field operations will continue until movements and leaders know that escalating violence is useless" an official said. Ahmed Haroun the governor of South Sudan said: “There is no dialogue with the movement groups, especially after they have chosen to operate via war and violence.”
